About this project

A real-time integration layer synchronising orders between a Shopify storefront, a legacy ERP system, and a third-party 3PL warehouse. Handles inventory updates, fulfilment status, and returns in both directions.

Key outcomes

• Eliminated daily manual export/import between three systems
• Inventory discrepancies reduced from ~40/week to under 2
• Same-day despatch rate improved from 71% to 94%
